Technology and process
Our production relies on additive manufacturing, where material is deposited layer by layer, enabling precise fabrication of even complex geometries without the need for tools or molds. We currently use FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology, suitable for printing small- to medium-sized products. We primarily print with technical plastic filaments such as PLA, PETG, ABS, and others.
The device supports the production of parts up to approximately 300 × 300 × 400 mm, which meets the needs of most prototypes and functional components. We will soon expand our capabilities with an additional printer designed for more demanding materials and higher precision.
Development and prototyping support
We approach prototyping as an iterative process. Together with the client, we first define the purpose of the prototype—whether it is functionality, ergonomics testing, visual presentation, or market validation. Through testing and feedback, we then develop improved versions. When needed, we provide guidance on materials, design solutions, or alternative manufacturing methods, and support the optimization of products for further production.
When developing more complex products, we often combine multiple technologies—CNC machining, 3D printing, manual assembly, mechanical fastening, textile elements, and more. In collaboration with trusted partners, we can ensure the assembly of fully functional prototypes tailored to the client’s functional and aesthetic requirements.

Our work system is adaptable to individual needs—both in terms of quantity and product complexity. In addition to standard FDM printing, we also develop solutions for more demanding materials, such as composites and flexible polymers, and explore the integration of advanced surface treatment processes.
We produce prototypes with the end use in mind—from demonstration models to fully functional assemblies. The goal remains the same: to enable rapid idea validation, reduce risk, and accelerate the transition from design to finished product.
